Fennec Pharmaceuticals Inc. is a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on its product candidate PEDMARK. Basic Warrant Valuation

With the shares hitting $1.07 yesterday and the proposed warrant structure having an exercise price of .50us, they are in the money. If it takes 10 warrants to buy one share in a company that is .50 cents in the money, what is the warrant worth without taking into consideration "EXCLUDING" the 'time value' with still over 2 years to go & the hedge ratio leverage? .50us cents divided by 10? Anyone??
