Well, the financials are a mess, not to mention the ongoing dispute over block 1. In theory I would favor a PP but that would be at a lower level than skier hopes for. Perhaps 35 to 40 cents a share with warrants  between 50-60 cents if TPN could even get that filled.

Further farm out would seem to be the only practical means to acquire the funds needed. Lets hope that the recent upgrade in possible resources will inspire more interest. I think talk of $1 a share is premature until the financing problem is addressed. And then we will have to see on what terms.
