Fennec Pharmaceuticals Inc. is a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on its product candidate PEDMARK. Anytime before June 30, 2014 at the company's next annual and special meeting of stockholders. The right to exchange will be proposed by the company and voted upon by the warrant holders. It's all in the press release dated 2013-11-15.
