Ofirme, I read it it much like you do. The company is (taking a time out) to reevalute their options.( Where best to spend their money.) I think Pinecrest will look to cheaper less risky areas to drill while testing the waterflooding on the few wells they mention. Regardless, The coming news will be turning point. Good or bad and after the news I will either take my winnings or my loss and move on. I just think with the recent hit on pps that this is a good gamble. I'm not betting the farm here!
