Stella Third Well Spud Date - 14 March 2014

Stella Third Well Spud Date - 14 March 2014 Some disappointing news - UK DECC website shows that the third Stella production well did not spud until 14 March, some two months 10 days after the flow test announcement of the second well - spoke to the company to check whether this was an error - company representative confirmed the DECC date was correct - he mentioned difficulties completing the second well and terrible weather/sea conditions.

Highlighting once again the challenges North Sea O&G companies face bringing in big projects - this suggests first oil now will almost certainly be pushed back a couple of months into Q1 2015.
