2014-03-18 16:02 ET - In the News Shares issued 330,121,190 FCU Close 2014-03-17 C$ 1.62 Brien Lundin, in the March, 2014, edition of the Gold Newsletter, refreshes his buy of Fission Uranium Corp., recently $1.44. Mr. Lundin said buy Fission in February, 2013, at 75 cents, and again in October, 2013, at $1.36. Assuming a $1,000 investment for each of the two buys, the $2,000 position is now worth $2,977. The newsletter editor says Fission's Patterson Lake South uranium project in Saskatchewan's Athabasca basin has become one of the most celebrated mineral discoveries in the past couple of years. He says recent drill results continue to astonish investors, and notes that one analyst suggested hole 75 added over eight million pounds of resource to the project. The company is in the middle of a $12-million drilling program and expects to drill 30,000 metres in 90 holes. It is also conducting ground geophysical surveys to identify other targets. Mr. Lundin tells his readers that the company consistently releases impressive assays from the project and he expects Patterson Lake South will continue to be the No. 1 project to watch in 2014. He concludes that Fission is the most consistent news-maker in his portfolio and remains a buy.
