I could be wrong, but I trust that the German Individual is the person who was supposed to go with Chen Lin and Oullins to the visit in Panama last year. Chen and Oullins made it but the German fellow had to cancel at the last minute.

If that's the candidate, my source have told me that he has a heck of a big chunk of PTQ in his portfolio, hence I would be hesitant to totally ignore comments coming from that person.

Any which way, we don't have much choice but to wait for the final outcome obviously, the rest is just speculation.....but personaly I took notice of his comment.

Mind you, take over I highy doubt, you would have bankers galore involved already on both side and leaks all over the place ..hence share price would have moved already.....so I take option 2.
