Yup collusion never happens. Check out what happened to Magma Metals. A hostile offer was advanced by Panoramic Mines. Anglo Pacific bought Millions of MMW shares (over 10% of OS) and then tendered them to the Panoramic offer. Months later Anglo Pacific was sold the NSR for the MMW deposit for a song. Hmmm
