The Lac Dore Property is located approximately 27 km east-southeast from the City of Chibougamau, in Eeyou Istchee James Bay Territory, Nord-du-Quebec administrative region, Province of Quebec, Canada. The Lac Dore Project comprises two claim blocks, referred to as Lac Dore Main and Lac Dore North. The Lac Dore Main claims cover an area of 648.82 hectares (Ha), and the Lac Dore North claims cover an area of 4,637.87 Ha.

RE:RE:FRAUDI am sorry Mountainman if you are in over your head, but the reality is Adriaan is now accountable and not Patrick.,  You just may want to read the releases a little closer and you may see, I believe that we are really not expecting a 43-101, but rather a report based upon 43-101 principles (there is a difference I believe).  When we are talking imminent are we talking about days, months, or years?  I wonder if Adriaan appreciates the fact you attempted to play damage control for the latest release.

August to the end of March.  How many months are we talking about?

You talk about dilution, what about the dilution apparent by the information provided by Canadianinsider.com (in how many months not years):

Any idea where the money came from to purchase the shares privately.  Was it real money or a paper exchange for fees that perhaps shareholders should have voted on.  Perhaps the AGM package may help explain such.
