So...how will this all go down?

So...how will this all go down?I just want to get some clarification on how this will all go down tomorrow. From what I'm understanding LW Capital Pool Inc with the V.LWI.H will become Tweed Medical Marijuana under the V.TWD ticker. So my question is, when will orders under the V.TWD ticker start to go through? Or are the orders under V.LWI.H carry over to Tweed? Also, why aren't we given a price on what the shares will open at? I've just never deatl with this type of market entry before.
