RE:TELL ME MORE

RE:TELL ME MOREYour question was meant for LiquidReality but I'll chime in too.

The company could go one of two ways. They could seek a new project where they already have good starter funds. Maybe not enough to go in it by themselves but enough to be a partner like with Yangshan. Another likely scenario is that they will be parcelling off the business and distributing money to shareholders. We can get three or four times the stock price just from selling the rest of the businesses I think.

Insiders have a lot of shares and are losing. The quickest way to make their money back is to distribute the cash. Involving another fund to gain money for significant project is just too dilutive. Why would management do all that work just to dilute their ownership on the already successful smaller part of their business in exchange for a riskier new venture? Better to expand what they have little by little instead...order more fleets and such.
