RE:roadrunner66 GO HOME

RE:roadrunner66 GO HOMESkyhigh123,

With all due respect, give your head a shake.  Not16 months has passed since Pierre Laurin made a visit to the West Coast to meet investors.  I was in the room when he stated his greatest single fear (at that time), was a big player taking a run at the company.  Granted, the share price was 15 cents at the time, leaving the company in a much more vulnerable position, but to ingore the possibility is putting blinders on.  PLI is  stronger now, by just about any measure, but still likely n the cross hairs.

I agree with previous posts with respect to 50%+ of the shares being held by those alligned with the company.  Personally a $3.00 buyout offer wouldn't see me pledging my shares, and I think I'm not alone here.  However, a $5.00 offer would probably retire me for good and, again, in this I don't think I'm alone.

Good luck,
Felco
