RE:March 2014

RE:March 2014Just an excellent article that you published Venture.  What I don't appreciate is if VRB management meet the standards:

“You have to start with a quality project and with quality people,” Cleary said. “I would recommend you start early and stick with high quality.  Focus on hiring talented stars and not trainees.”

- In terms of quality project we have been told that we have the goods, but have yet to qualify this statement.  In terms of quality people, in my opinion we do not have the experience of success that Cleary suggests is required.  Has anyone in management been involved in a company that has been influential in moving a company into production?  This is not to say that they do not mean well, but clearly what have they accomplished?

“You need to develop an executable strategy and you must think long-term,” he added. Companies should have several strategies in place. “With capital plans you need backup plans: a plan A, B, C and D. This includes every aspect of potential financing from royalty structures, to offtake agreements, to private-equity channels,” he continued.

-   Have we been informed of any strategy?

Venture, my motive is to ensure that the message board remains grounded, that important issues and concerns are not lost in hype that could mislead others.  My motive is also to present relative questions and comments for Adriaan and our other management to consider, to promote accountability. My current motivation has also been influenced by, in my opinion, a lack of respect for us shareholders by what I feel are inappropriate activities taken in the assignment of shares, warrants and options.

As I have also commented on, the lack of clarity  both in terms of the website and Information releases has troubled me as well. (but I do sleep (lol).

Mountainman, I am not sure what you are getting at, all of the time, by commenting on my sleep patterns, when you are positing in the middle of the night.  In reference to ignore, whatever happened to your placing me on ignore (lol).

The good thing about the message board, is that I believe most readers are able to weed through the rubble and arrive at sound conclusions, as they will not be influenced by attempts to deflect, but rather by their own due dilegence after reviewing comments made by message board members.

Let's go VRB
