RE:Sellers the past 3 trading days.
You're absolutely in the right ballpark! And I will say that your assessment of the Seabridge situation is the same as mine. Prior to the big million share day I thought they were selling under 009 and then I thought they switched to 001 and then both. That of course is speculation, but based on trading patterns and share volumes unloaded I think it's a view that has a pretty good chance of being correct. With that said I have Seabridge at roughly 800,000 shares remaining although that figure could be off by a lot! With the news letter creating support and with Seabridge selling on what I believe has more to do with a philosophy/Company policy/Need for capital and less on the merits of boz itself, it has created an intriguing trading environment. The one thing that amazes me is that Seabridge would be willing to account for such a high percentage of the sales. It's very unconventional and virtually assures them to be leaving a lot of money on the table, but perhaps in their view it's not a big enough priority to get much attention. I see it differently though as the original shares accounted for about 1/200th of their company which to me is significant and calls for careful management and due diligence.
