None of the former directors are my friends. I respect them for cleaning up the mess they've inherited and that's about it. If I was their friend I would by the whole private placement myself. I was a friend with Crossgrove one time until his marbles changed the color. I socialized with Eaton when he was high flying socialite. I was a friend of the first president of Nordex, the late Cyrus Ross. That was some 40 years ago. He is long gone and I wish he was around because he was a man of integrity.  I never got anywhere that close to the previous board. The biggest screw up of the last board was getting engaged All Group Financial Services whose record in the financial markets is not very good and some of it is a matter of public records. Just check the settlements they had to make. It is all public.
