Mr Black looking for more acquisitions?

Mr Black looking for more acquisitions?I think Alex Black is one of the best managers in the business.  Recently he said that part of his mandate was to acquire new projects so I've been trying to figure out what would be the best canditates for Rio Alto.  The best one I've found so far is Atacama Pacific (ATM-V).  It has 3.5 million measured and indicated oxide reserves and the market cap is dirt cheap - only in the $40 million area.  I'd like to hear other opinions on what other projects Mr Black should be looking at.
