Tees Valley update

Tees Valley update
First, this is not our plant, it is owned and operated by Air Products.  That is important to remember as we do not have the day to day information. Second, commissioning of a large-scale plant is a long process.  Ever for very conventional energy plants, it is usually a 3 to 4 month process. Each piece of equipment is individually tested, and then maintenance is performed.  Then they begin commissioning parts of the plant together.  It is a long and methodical process.  In this case Air Products expects this to be around 6 months as this is the first one. We understand commissioning has begun, however it is not expected to be fully online until November or December of this year.  This is not a delay or a problem, just the reality of large energy plants.  When it is fully online do not expect a grandopening or press release because Air Products wants to keep their first-mover competitive advantage.  They have committed hundreds of millions of dollars to have that right.  We cannot press release other people’s results. Thanks Danny Hay
