Are you high?  You got it right the first time - PXL management will never work at management level again, and rightly so.  No big surprise they are hanging on for the last possible pay check.  It's been an incompetent, reckless, shareholder-last journey as the chart and public filings will attest. 

By my lights a principled attitude would be you get to keep your job or move upwards with success, and if you fail you do not get free money and a better job anyways.  A radical, out of fashion notion of "principle" in business, I know.
