when?I think we should consider this alpha 101. India is well aware that the longer they take to sign this agreement...given that they will sign it ...the longer it will take to put a shovel into the ground to get this mind producing by 2017 .They have to be aware of this immutable fact so I don't see there being a months-long delay on ratification in the Indian government.it serves nobodies interests.I think it will be soon very soon.
