RE:RE:Updated Reports from Cormack and Wedbush
I see 3 options;
1) A full buyout in the $2-$3 range, assuming that there are competitive bids
2)A share consolidation ( that no current retail shareholders will like) a 30 mil financing and a US listing ...with Wedbush as the catalyst and driver.
3) a partner with a marketing and milestone arrangements to finance the balance of the trial and possible expansion of sites to shorten its length.
Common sense says that after the long delayed interim numbers, and a clear look at the finish line money will come knocking in one form or another.
I hope I am wrong, but In my opinion the SP is setting up for number 2. The SP looks intentionally range bound, for a huge placement to friendly hands, at the expense of the rest of us. With minimal effort money could be raised from $1.00 but it appears that shares will be given away in the 30 cent range.
