Underperforming peers in the industry? Most competitors are well established multi nationals with infrastructure in place and vast available resources. Again your flavoured view is idiotic to say the least. The company has built plants, built specialty equipment, built delivery systems, built trucks and developed new products and expanded operations all with limited resources and in only a couple of years time. All of this so they could actually be in a position to compete in todays market conditions. What does 30 years ago actually have to do with anything. The company was likely bankrupt in the early 2000's as stock was not trading and was valued at about $0.02 a share. Conveniently overlooked in your calculations and assumptions. If you could read a financial statement you would see the company was almost bankrupt again at the end of 2012 under your personal "dream team" directors. Actually if you had any clue about basic accounting you would understand that amortization and depreciation do impact profitability especially while a company is making large initial capital investments towards its future ability to compete and grow. Surely even you are able to understand you can't sell products you don't have and can not support. You need the products, the equipment, the infrastructure and human resources in place prior to being able to make a sale never mind a profit. One thing we can agree on; the fundamentals for Nordex have never looked better. This is because of the recent accomplishments that finally position the company to be able to compete and grow. The people with the most info about All-Group are your friends. They are the one's who contracted their services to raise equity. Insider information again? Personally I am more interested in the positive future of the company not continually dwelling on the past.
