Is it possible that Renegade Capital is going to take over Dominion, maybe using Scarafile as a partner? With AM doing well, perhaps they are ready for a new PE challenge? It seems one way out after all, so ignore my previous post. Perhaps they felt they had to make the strategic review announcement since they are insiders and needed to give fair warning. Generally though I thought a purchase offer did not need warning....but what do I know, I am just the little guy with no legal or securities background.
