or the small average investor wouldn't it be more prodent to Buy LNV that still trades at about $0.10 cheappar than SGY, and it will be consolidated into SGY share price in about 3 month.

SGY trades at $7.06 x .975 = ($6.8835 LNV)

LNV still trades at $6.77

please comment if you see it any other way...
