RE:Lightstream: VOTE NO

RE:Lightstream: VOTE NO
I have heard it said before on the BB that directors have an option to buy shares at an exercise price of $0.05/share.  I need more detail on that because it seems quite astonishing.  Is it indeed an option to buy shares outright for $0.05/share or is it a purchase price to obtain an option to purchase shares at a far higher price in the neighbourhood of FMV?  Or is it an option in lieu of directors fees?  If that, how many options are out?  Can you refer me to the documents so I can see for myself the degree of slime in this.
