Sounds like the county is trying to cover themselves with this news article. Look at the news release by Petrostar and the previous news paper article. Was this not a basic land rezoning? According to the companies news release the refinery is only 3% of the total land use?!? WTF

All we know now, No Tank Farm, No Refinery, No Prospects and No Money.
