RE:RE:RE:RE:Short HistoryDarwyn, you have good things to say but this is not about vengeance for me -  'getting the bums out'.  It is about what are the risks and rewards going forward that will minimize my losses.  If there is 1/100 chance that you will change management in any significant way, and I think the odds I give are high, that results in 99% chance of it not working.  If the costs of the struggle result in uncertainty that effects share price downward are 40%, then it costs me money in the short term and possibly in the long term.  I have lost a bundle on this but I see a distinct lack of analytical intelligence in this good guys/bad guys polarity.  And it feeds the short despite what the zealots say.
