RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Short HistoryMy suspicion is that if management were turfed not by a well organized, well planned, well researched alternate slate, but by a simple negative vote the market would go into disarray for a long while until the new management was installed and had a track record.  During that time SP would go down at least $1.  New management would likely be either friends of old management or clones of old management.  It would be rare luck to see a stellar team put in place.  So it would take a long time for the SP to go back up to where it is now.  Remember markets do not like uncertainty. 
Five months ago management put forward a new plan.  It takes time to get results on a new course.  I prefer to wait and that is where I see the smart path.  I respect your right to be angry.  I am as well.  I have even more respect for your right to vote your shares exactly as you see fit.
