Maybe if this latest move shows some stamina longer than 1 consecutive day it would garner more attention.  We'll see what the next few trading days bring..but we've seen these head-fakes before.

At least Arcan appears to be heading in the right direction in company management.  Costs are coming down in all categories.  I think their Waterflood response at DM2 & Ethel will reach a point  of stabilized production this year.. so drilling a few high-impact wells should be able to achieve net gains in the company's avg production profile going forward.

If what's being exhibited out in the field under Waterflood points to this really being the turn-around for Arcan then it would be an opportune time for third parties to come a'knockin.  This is prime hostile takeover territory.  Get it while the SP is low..
