RE:YieldChaser, read below, there are no tertiary markets

I too can read.

While some markets are indeed secondary, like Hamilton, many more are in locations where I need to map to find them, thus tertiary. What primary markets do they own assets in ? Toronto ? Calgary ? Montreal ? Edmonton ? Vancouver .. to name 5 primary markets in Canada. Yes, they do own a few properties in Edmonton and Montreal. Some larger REITs call this a secondary market, but let's be generous and call it primary.

I'd call Ottawa a secondary market, and a suburb of a suburb a tertiary markets.

Windsor, Thunderbay, ON ? Campbell River, Sooke or Courtenay, BC ? Quebec outside of Montreal: Those are all teriary markets, in fact most are !

Most marekst are actually tertiary if you look here: www.partnersreit.com/portfolio

I'd be happy if they showed a flat AFFO for the next 2 years per unit as then the stock would trade around $5 as I own quite a few .. many thousands (now underwater) units.
