Trustees are picked by the CEO.

Pet rocks is a better descritption for most board members or trustees, especially in a firm where one person controls around 20% of the stock.

Friends of RM, really.

I noticed most trustees own almost no shares. As such their interest is not aligned with unit holder interest !
