The BOD, Investors and the market rely on the Executive and specifically the CEO of the company to provide guidance and execution. If you are saying that the BOD should not trust what JS told them in negotiating his multi-million dollar settlement- they have not performed their fiduciary obligations and have a liability. No wonder the market does not have confidence in JS and what WIN is saying if that is the belief. I am sorry but you better stick to investing in "swampland" if that is you belief---at least you have a hard asset.
