RE:RE:STOCK GOING UP???? FROM 60 cents to 52!You certainly picked a right nickname for yourself. Abnormal perfectly describes your evaluation skills. Or, perhaps, you are a new, naive kid on the block. Or, to borrow from eastern religions, you are a living proof of reincarnation - Nobody can get that silly in one lifetime.

I have to give you a credit for one comment about fuzzy jv activity with undisclosed western partner. Indeed, why bother with that release. You just failed to mention that this release came from the current management.

And the management is a prime concern for me.  Both at the board and CEO level. The huge , unnecessary dilution done at the discount to the market price and book value, distributed to themselves and friends (apparently some qualified, accredited investors were denied access to it) is alarm bell that is major concern. taking control at a discount rather than premium to the market has been outlawed sometimes in late 19 th century.  I don't have a huge position in the company to justify legal expenses to drag the company through the courts and regulators. I wish somebody did.  If they get away with this what is to stop them to do it again, perhaps in a different way. I do already worry (see my previous posting about profit leaks) abou the bottom line that seems to be short of my expectations. You can have huge sales but if they do not go to shareholders equity you have a huge problem.

Sales that do not translate to the bottom line mean nothing to the shareholders value. Do you even know what profit Nordex made in fiscal 2013. Why they would not show it in the press release? I was in the area of Kirkland lake when the Detour Lake was constructed. (always had a passion for mining projects). i've talked to local people . It is a small community and everybody know everybody. I asked if they of Nordex. Everybody did. I asked if there were any members of Jim Taylor family  on the company payroll.  I did not get any straight answer, just "wink wink, we have to take care of our families". Can you say with any certainty that the CEO does not divert any profits by swelling payroll with dead wood? We know from public records that the All Group people have a checkered integrity. Can you say  for sure that there are no diversions of shareholders profits their way? The question remains. Where are the huge profits that should materialize now.
