CFO and earnings
I suspect earnings are fine,If the earnings wern't fine I suspect the CFO would wait and annonce his departure a few weeks after after earnings so it didn't look so obvious.If the company wanted to oust him for earnings related issues they would be morons to do it the day before.Think about it, if earnings are fine today it's a non-issue,if their not then mgmt looks like a bunch of fools for there "impeccable timing"
