Second Cup Locations

Second Cup LocationsLooks like this company is planning a turnaround, but as cautioned in their statements and as seen in their latest quarter, they still appear far from it.

I would assume this industry is all about location.   My wife loved second cup when living in Ottawa, but she mentioned that their locations, generally speaking in Ontario, are poor and not practical. Does anybody have broad knowledge about their setups elsewhere?

I'll be staying away from this one for the moment.   They should probably cut their dividends further to do core investing in their business and change momentum on same store sales.
