Nowhere near as wacko as you seem to think, also not even remotely unique to SSC. A well run company market in this type of small cap environment does have connectivity to buying and they do also work with larger buyers to help bring them into the market in a controlled manner, so as to help draw out larger sellers and not just immediately spike the SP without the fundamental support to keep it there. There is a big difference between the guys running the company in terms of technology and usage contracts etc. and the guys working behind on the scenes on the market, the money, etc.
