I don't believe that Dundee appointed management of Woulfe are incompetent i.e. no website, no real detailed plan or project time line. These things are not done yet for a reason...All of these factors would help the share price thus hurt the ability of Dundee to takeover the company. This buyout scenario surely has an outside chance judging by their actions in the past year.
