RE:RE:RE:I agree 100%%, a lot of bad news has been discounted alreadyIf the truly believed the NAV/share is over $7 then they ought to sell assets and buy shares back, not getting more debt. When that happens, stock will recover, or as I suspect, the properties are worth far less than the appraisals show, and as such NAV is much much lower. If you lop off 10% of their assets NAV drops by roughly $2/share, to low $5's. Perhaps that is where the stock is headed, if they can sustain their distributions at 50 cents a year. They may be unable to sustain that, though as same asset NOI is dropping 5%/year. Perhaps with new mortgages at lower interest rates they can repair their balance sheet, and repay their expensive debentures and second mortgages, but an asset sale or 2 to prove that the asset are indeed worth what they claim they are wold be useful.
