Comments were interesting: Alot of people seem to have issues with the coffee itself, and service seems to be largely dependent on individual locations. However, there seems to be attachement to the brand.

If the new management can fix some of their problems having occured over the last 5+ years, I could see SCU making a good rebound. (But I'm not buying in until tangible numbers show up).
