My numbers are taken from Note 17 titled Related Party Transactions see page 27 of the same Audited Annual Report. It is a good question as to why these numbers are different.
Perhaps what some insiders do is not very professional? (Joke..maybe) or perhaps it is another mistake in the financial statements, I really do not know.
If instead of comparing legal and accounting costs as a percentage of revenue you compare it to net income you would have a totally different picture. Legal costs at Nordex are obscene, period. They were a quarter of these amounts in 2010, and that was at a time when there was a lawsuit against the company as company as well as various other legal challenges.
Get rid of the current lawyer and costs will improve dramatically.
