RBC had 10 acquisitions (above the 6 group pending which is 8 group minus 2 for Canbec BMW+Mini already done) by Q1/16... This revised guidance only fast forward the additionnal 8-10 acquisitions by a couple quarters Q2/15 instead of Q1/16... This annoucement preps the market for a stock issue imo...
