Next you'll see the panic'd retail sellers become panic'd retail buyers, as the price ascends as quickly as it descended, all based on no new market information. The rationale will be..."well, I got clocked by my panic decision to sell, but the difference between my panic sell price and my panic buy-back-in price is offset by the gains I've made on this stock. I'm still ahead."
