the problem is not limited to ICG it,s all over the MARKET I am watching 40 CO,s since years and it,s the same problem. TSX will have to change the rules too much bandits are manupilating for their own pockets. Inside the CO.s and on the trading. the real problem is INVESTORS are running OUT everydays saying ENOUGH is ENOUGH I am closer to this decision me too.
