RE:Action Needed...

RE:Action Needed...in an increasing commodity environment with increasing revenues and CF, they have a little bit of time to drill and explore and increase value.

The Noel well is exactly that, once producing at a high NG rate and another 90 locations and infrastructure in the area, it should raise some eyebrows.  it's definitely worth much more than if it weren';t drilled and who knows they might decide to keep this land package or sell it and keep a royalty interest or a JV interest,

the new Gluac well will be one to watch with a second well planned for q3 and decent land package, again it's worth more drilled than not.

I think we'll see more land sales here and there, and they will raise more money to lower debt but increased CF will also lower debt.

it's not a fire sale and even though I wouldn't rule out a dividend cut in a falling commodity market, I don't think this is the time IMO.

they ahve lots of undeveloped land and they have rising prices and netbacks.

I'm long and biased so DYODD
