I have to question this ? we have a BV 0f .23 and are trading below that level? now in my books that alone would sugest a value play on this merit alone? U can debate the mgmt issue, but the projects are moving along in the right direction, if we can have some major positive results and get some support for some larger investors, this may take off realistic 2x bv would be .46
