when to sell?

when to sell?
 
im curenctly trading air Canadian airline stock and the price i 9.50 and its estimated to go as high as 11.4 to 12 and i bought i at 9.66 and the lowest it went after i bought it was 8.77 and now it seems to be going up as each day it closes with at least a 0.10cents difference ..where should i be looking to sell if it goes up nearing the price targets
