Its lifestyle offering delivers comfort technologies such as Skechers Hands Free Slip-ins, Skechers Arch Fit, and Skechers Air-Cooled Memory Foam, among others.

It's really this simple dumbass.

If the stock is up 6x since the announcement of a re-cap, i'm going to say the "market" generally likes this deal and is looking past the dilution.

Hmm...millions of shares that traded hands (i.e. the market) at 6x the re-cap price or some dumbass named jd43xl's saying it's massively dilutive....hmm...let me think about this one....

I'm going with the market.

Every re-cap starts like this. Nature of the game. Grow up.You obviously didn't own shares then or now.
