RE:??Big Question??

RE:??Big Question??The total cash MND will pay is $25 mill and the total number of MND shares they will exchange will be 50 mill and they will prorate if shareholder don't ask for exactly the right amount of cash and number of shares.

With MND trading over the .90 value for share exchange I would guess most shareholders will ask for all shares. In which case everyone will get the same ratio of shares and cash.

$25 mill cash @ .37 = 67.5 mill ELG shares for cash (35% of total)
50 mill MND shares @ .4111 = 121.5 mill ELG shares exchanged for MND (65% of total)
Total ELG shares = 189 mill

So if everyone asks for all shares then we will all get 65% in shares and 35% in cash.

If some ask for cash then the rest of us will get a higher % of shares, depending on how many ask for cash.
