First thing is they will have to negotiate with the kyryg regime on the license and a joint venture to mine Kutesay11 they have now said as much if we claim the money then that could be the end of us there but if we agree with them that we are allowed to go a head with out claiming arbitration money minus our legal costs  and then we  develop the mine then we could be in business , I would like to see us mine it as it is a great project we need a binding agreement that can not change if a new regime comes in Centerra have been mining there for the best part of 20 years so it is possible once you stand up to them .
