RE:PP minimal1) if they cannot get people to buy shares for 5 cents even with the options given to buyers in the PP, to keep over the 5 cent minimum while at the same time raising money, I foresee a reverse split. 
2) I stated in my previous post that the AEX deal should be the only thing Noka should hang their cap on. I should have thrown in the caveat that even this isn't looking very good. Word is that despite Garret leaving AEX, there may be further family circumstances, while being personal, would have a substantial effect on the company. This is more than 2nd hand info so I post this "2)" with all respect to the Ainsworth family.
