RE:Insider buying Those are labelled wrong.  They are grants of restricted stock units - some of them say restricted stock units, but bought in the market.  You can't buy RSU's in the market, the transaction happened on July 1st when the market was closed, there was not nearly enough volume for this to happen and lastly, this management team wouldn't actually put up any of their own money to buy shares.   What would be the point of buying shares when they just pay themselves any profit they make on investments anyways..
